What we collect

Contact form

When you use the contact form we receive your name, email address, company (if given), the topic you choose and your message. This is delivered to us by email through Microsoft Azure Communication Services and as a notification through Telegram. It is not stored in a database on this website. We use it only to reply to you and, if you become a client, to provide our services.

Free email security check

When you check a domain we look up its public DNS records and show you the result. We do not save the domains you check or link them to you.

Server logs

Like every website, our hosting provider (Microsoft Azure) processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver pages and protect against abuse. We use this only for security and do not use it to identify or profile visitors.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. Fonts and images are served from our own domain, so your visit is not shared with any third party.

Legal basis and retention

We process enquiries on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to you, or to take steps at your request before entering into a contract. We keep enquiry emails for up to two years unless you become a client, in which case they form part of our business records.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, object to how we use it, or ask us to restrict it. Email hello@cyber-tom.com and we will respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to theInformation Commissioner’s Office.
